Have you ever noticed how fast the tivo seems? Anyone ever notice that it is actually really slow? Mutout TV and move around within the tivo admin screens and notice how slow it is. Now turn the volume back up and notice how fast it seems. How hard would it be for someone to integrate sound into keypresses in myth? Anything like this exist andfor some reason I just have not run accross it yet?

There's a writeup here somewhere on how to do that, but it's through LIRC with remotes, not the keyboard.
And yes, TiVo is slow navigating. Especially mine, as it's a series 1 with 160GB. Having all of those programs slows it WAY down.
Adding/editing a season pass can take several minutes. Myth is always snappy with that stuff. Of course it should be, with 20x the processor speed and 30x as much RAM.

Well I am using lirc, and a remote, so thats ok. I will have to look and see what I can find. Thanks for the reply.
