Hi,
I live in Montreal, my computer BIOS clock is set to the actual EDT (-0400GMT). At installation I set the correct time zone and date and time.
Mythtv and Mythweb all show the right time and date, but my listings are off by 3 hours.
A program that is supposed to air at 11:30am shows up at 2:30pm on the listings. :?:

Thanks

I also had the problem when I installed. I just left it for a day or two and it magically fixed itself. Maybe it saw it was wrong when the newest tv guide data was pulled down.

I saw in the logs that the database updated itself at 6:26 this morning, but it is still the same.

Because of the issue with setting the TZ and time while running from the CD the system always initially comes up in PST after an install. Unless you fix this before doing the rest of your setup you can have these problems. If you rerun myth-setup it should fix this.

- Exit from the frontend.

- Left click on the desktop (or hit F1 on the keyboard).

- Scroll down the menu and select xterm.

- In the xterm enter the command: date

- Make sure the date, time and timezone shown are correct.

- Enter the command: myth-setup

- Answer yes to both questions to clear you existing setup and schedule.

- Redo your setup like you did the first time.
