I have a knoppmyth box setup with a homebrew serial remote, a HD-5500 tuner and a PVR-150 tuner runnining R5F1. My problem is that whenever the PVR-150 card is recording or active watching livetv, the remote stops working. I would rather not use the infrared receiver on the PVR-150 due to limited remotes that work with it. Could the problem be related to IVTV? I get a message in syslog everytime the PVR-150 is in use (Aug 28 04:01:14 mythtv lircd-0.8.1-CVS-pvr150[2869]: accepted new client on /dev/lircd). Also, I get no response from IRW while the PVR-150 is active but returns as soon as the card is closed.

Update: I upgraded to R5F27 and the remote works great now.
